  • Digital launch flyer showcasing your new website!


What Do I Need To Provide?

  • Product names, images, prices, and descriptions.
  • Your shipping fees.
  • Contact information for customers & clients.
  • High quality, professional photos for the homepage design.
  • Names for menu tabs.
  • Typed out wording for each page (About Me, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, etc.) Screenshots or handwritten documents will not be accepted.


What Is The Process? The process is simple. 

1. Purchase our website design service along with any add-ons you may need (logo, business card, etc.) 

2. You will receive an e-mail containing our onboarding packet for all services you’ve commissioned with our firm within 10 minutes of completing your purchase. That email will also contain a list of the required things we need in order for us to begin working on your designs as well as instructions on how to return those forms to us. Your turnaround time starts 24 hours after you have submitted your completed forms.

PLEASE NOTE: You must fill out the form(s) in its entirety and submit it back to us within 5 days of receiving your onboarding packet via e-mail. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOUR ORDER BEING CANCELED AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. If you need additional time to complete the form(s), please let us know and we will accommodate you.

3. Once your completed form(s) and all necessary documents and images have been sent back, your turnaround time will begin and Neaq, the owner, will begin designing your website.  

4. You will be able to review your website and suggest any changes be made once the design has been finished. You will receive ONE free revision. Additional revisions will require a fee. All request for revisions will be completed within 2-3 business days of reciept.

5. After you are completely satisfied with your website, it will be transferred to you via a "Owner's Transfer Request" email that you will be required to send to us and you will have 100% owner's rights.
